About DCHH

Devon Community Housing Hub is a partnership of Devon’s Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Housing Professionals, working to address and meet local housing need in rural Devon. It has the support of central government agencies (Homes England) and other South West enablers of affordable housing.

The Hub is a Partnership, with a clear focus on addressing the housing heeds of rural communities.

We have the backing and involvement of these local authorities: Mid-Devon District Council, East Devon District Council. Plus, these Housing Associations are experienced in meeting housing needs through developing homes in places where people want to live: Livewest, Teign Housing, Cornerstone Housing, North Devon Homes and Hastoe. Homes England and Middlemarch CIC are involved in member support. The partners of DCCH are all committed to providing good quality, affordable homes.
